Curt's · Power Washing And More · All Brite

We didn't rebuild three websites. We built around the corner.

This is the story of where each brand was, what we built, and where the numbers say it's heading. Every figure comes straight from Google Search Console, Google Ads, site analytics and the websites' own lead records.

Prologue · The bet we made

Most agencies optimize for the Google of five years ago. We build for the one that's coming.

When we rebuilt Curt's, Power Washing And More and All Brite, we didn't copy what competitors were doing. We planted the flag on techniques most local service companies in South Florida haven't even heard of yet. Here's what's running under the hood of all three sites today.

01
Built for AI search, not just Google. Every site is structured for AEO and GEO: question-and-answer blocks, an RSS feed that AI tools can read, and content written to be quoted by ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI answers. When customers stop typing and start asking, these brands are already in the answer.
02
Local pages at a scale competitors can't match by hand. City, city-plus-service, neighborhood and problem pages ("hard water spots", "salt film") across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, built systematically so every town and every problem has a page waiting for the search.
03
Speaking Google's language directly. Hidden business labels for address, service area, hours and phone; rich-result labels for FAQs, articles and page paths; auto-updating sitemaps; one official address per page so Google never splits credit.
04
A site that links itself. New blog posts automatically link to the matching city, service and problem pages, so every article published makes the rest of the site stronger. The value compounds with each post.
05
AI content agents for each brand. Trained on each brand's voice and services, so publishing volume keeps climbing without quality dropping.
06
Every lead tagged at the source. Google, Facebook, referral or direct, recorded with the lead, so we always know which channel is earning its keep.

The result: 940 search-optimized pages across three brands. Here's what that's doing for each one.

Chapter 1 · Curt's Pressure Cleaning

The flagship. A rebuilt site that's showing up 6× more and a lead engine that pays for itself.

Curt's Pressure Cleaning logo

We rebuilt the Curt's site and relaunched it on June 16. In the two weeks before launch, Curt's showed up in Google about 166 times a day. In the last 28 days, it's about 1,050 a day. Same business, same market. The difference is the site.

~20 free leads a month on top of paid. House washing leads the mix (26), then roof cleaning (10) and driveways & pavers (9). The Lake Worth artificial turf page already ranks #2.7, and "curts pressure cleaning" ranks #2.

Curt's is the proof. When the playbook has time to work, it turns into a dependable, profitable stream of leads. Power Washing And More and All Brite are on the same path.

Chapter 2 · Power Washing And More

From paying for every click to getting found for free, and climbing every month.

Where PWM was

Before the new site, PWM relied on paid ads, and the old ad setup was reporting hundreds of "conversions" a month (286 in March from 259 clicks), more than the clicks themselves. It was counting page visits, not leads. There was no real way to know what was working, and no free search presence to fall back on.

Where PWM is now
  • New site live June 16 with 290 pages: city, service, fleet and how-to content
  • 53 real form leads since launch, test entries removed
  • 41 of them unpaid, with no ad spend behind them
  • Honest tracking: Search Console, source-tagged leads, real conversions
  • Owns its name in Google: "power washing and more" ranks #2.0, "...pompano beach" #1.9

The how-to and cost articles are doing exactly what they were built to do: ranking on page 1 and pulling in clicks second only to the homepage. That's the signal we watch for before scaling a content type up.

Chapter 3 · All Brite Window Cleaning

Built from absolute zero in one of Florida's toughest markets.

All Brite Window Cleaning logo

All Brite didn't start behind. It didn't start at all. No rankings, no indexed pages, no search history, nothing for Google to trust. And it's competing in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca and Palm Beach, where established window-cleaning companies have held page 1 for years.

In under 7 months we built the whole foundation: a 268-page footprint across three counties, now indexed and showing up against long-time local players. A new domain has to earn trust first. This is that work, and it's done.

Every one of these positions was "not found" a few months ago. In markets this crowded, the hardest step is going from nothing to something, and All Brite has taken it. Real inquiries are already arriving, like a Palm Beach homeowner asking for a quote on 8 second-floor windows plus patio screens.

$1,150 average residential job and 85% close rate provided by client. PWM ad calls: 60 from call-only ads, where every click dials the business directly, plus a conservative 10% of the 433 clicks on the phone-focused campaign (43 calls).

Chapter 4 · The curve

Visibility first. Rankings next. Then leads at scale.

SEO always moves in the same order, and each brand is at a different point on the same curve. Curt's is already converting. PWM's rankings are climbing every month. All Brite is getting indexed fast. Nothing here is luck. It's the playbook running on schedule.

Chapter 5 · What's next

The groundwork is done. Now we turn visibility into customers.

Curt's

  • Record the source (Ads vs. free search) on every lead
  • Rewrite titles on high-view pages to turn 64k appearances into clicks
  • Short quote forms on every city and service page
  • Redirect old addresses to their new pages

Power Washing And More

  • Move main service pages from page 2–3 onto page 1
  • Rewrite titles to lift click rate on 46k+ appearances
  • Refresh commercial pages and offer
  • More how-to and cost articles, the content that's winning

All Brite

  • Weekly Business Profile posts and review requests
  • Push Boca Raton, Miami Beach, Miami and West Palm onto page 1
  • Consistent listings on Yelp, Nextdoor, Angi, BBB, chambers
  • 4–8 new local articles every month
The real value

Anyone can run ads. What we do is see around the corner, and build there first, so when your competitors catch up, you're already ranking.

940 pages, three brands, every number pointing up. And because these are assets the business owns, they keep working and gaining value every month, ads or no ads.
